Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Epic Colours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Epic Colours is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
